Hi, I am unable to use the provided tools on the website or contact an agent so I'm resorting to this.
I purchased an HP Envy laptop in April 2023, but the warranty "expired" in March 2023. I had issues with this laptop, but with the warranty issues I decided it wasn't worth the effort and my previous Spectre also was extremely frustrating and I decided to just use this for some time and give up on HP afterwards (I used to unfortunately be a big HP fanboy but that has really soured)
However, I decided I should give HP one more chance - but the warranty tool claims my product does not exist. Could an HP agent contact me and I can provide receipts, serial, product number etc?
(The specific issue with this laptop is RAM usage and issues with the Intel Arc graphics and Iris Xe interacting)
Thank you!
