Dear Concern

Good day!

I've received my product on 31st August 2022. There is a problem with my device. During purchasing my product, it was supposed to give me 1 year warranty with this product. But after opening and updating my device, it has shown that my warranty has already been expired.

Please help me to sort out of this. I'm proving my details below.

Name:[Personal Information Removed]
Phone Number: [Personal Information Removed]
Order Number: [Personal Information Removed]
Product name: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ey0000 IDS Base Model
Product Number: 54J82AV
Serial Number: [Personal Information Removed]

Please help me as soon as possible. I was supposed to get my warranty with the product.

Thanks

Hi:

HP starts the warranty clock ticking the minute the PC leaves the assembly plant.

So, the longer the PC remains unsold, the less time remains on the warranty.

You can have the warranty start and end dates adjusted by one of two methods:

1. Submit an online warranty dispute form.

HP PCs, Printers - How to Submit a Dispute to Validate Your Warranty | HP® Customer Support

2. Contact HP customer support and work with a customer services rep to get the warranty start and end dates adjusted.

Contact HP | HP® Official Site

Method 1 is not working for my model number.

And trying to follow method 2 now.
