I have a problem. I bought an HP 15-fd0000 laptop from Amazon on January 13, 2026, and it was delivered on January 21. When I check the warranty, it says it expired on September 5, 2025. I can't find or start a warranty dispute. How can I get my laptop's warranty back? I'm From Mexico

HP starts the warranty clock ticking the minute the PC leaves the assembly plant.

So the longer the time elapses from assembly date to the purchase date, the less time remains on the warranty.

Please contact HP customer service beginning at the link below and submit a support request to have the warranty start and end dates adjusted to the date you purchased the notebook.

Thank you for the clarification, Paul. I understand that the warranty clock started at the assembly plant. However, since I cannot find the Dispute link on the support website to upload my invoice, I would appreciate it if a HP moderator could contact me via private message. I have my Amazon Mexico invoice ready to prove the purchase date (January 13, 2026) and would like to have the warranty start date adjusted accordingly. Thank you!
