Hi HP community,
I have 2 questions regarding HP manufacturer warranty/Care Pack as I am planning to buy HP Omen 15 from Currys.
1) If I buy the laptop from Currys and something goes wrong, can I deal directly with HP regarding warranty or does it need to be through Currys? Is it as simple as buying from Currys, registering the product with HP and getting all benefits of HP warranty?
2) If I buy the laptop from Currys, am I still eligible for HP Care Pack warranty extension to 2 or 3 years or are there any limitations?
Thank you in advance for any help on the above. I appreciate I might have posted it into the wrong section but none seemed appropriate, apologies.

Hi @RichardP1234, Thank you for posting in HP Forum!
When a HP unit is purchased from any retail store the unit does come with a warranty from HP unless specified otherwise. So if in case of any issues you can always call HP Support directly.
You should also be able to purchase extended warranty even if the unit is purchased from a retail store.
