Warranty dispute

HP14-dk0599sa laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bought a new laptop on 2.7.20. Registered with HP  and record shows warranty start date 20.4.20 with end 18.7.21. Don’t understand this as I have sent them a copy of the invoice. Raised a dispute  with HP raising a case but nothing else. Can’t  contact HP what does anyone suggest???
