Warranty support and updage

Hp Spectre Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)


Does anybody know how to solve warranty problem: I bought my HP Spectre in Russia at 20.08.2019 and when I checked warranty status it was expired at 21.08.2017 and care pack expired at 21.08.2019 (according to HP assist data). I have tried many time to use their tool HP customer support- Product warranty check, attached receipt, but when i have clicked to proccess this request, the page is unavailable. Seems it is not working for almost half a year.
