Product: HP Notebook17z-ca000CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I purchased the HP Care Pack 3 year e/accidental care warranty package on 4/24/2020 and it has not as yet been added to my account, I was wondering how long does it take? I have already issued a dispute but have not heard back. I feel as if I'm being scammed. Can anyone please enlighten me as to what is going on?

We have no access to this kind of information nor are we permitted to enter into any warranty issues.
I'm sorry, but we are unable to help you in this -- especially since you already issued a dispute.
You will have to wait for HP to get back to you on this.
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
