Welcome Screen

Hi 

I have been using windows -11 , updates my laptop regularly and

usually i put down the Laptop Lid and let the Laptop go in Hib / Sleep mode after working but from few days the moment i press the power button sometimes it switches on and sometimes it doesn't . In very few cases it doesn't but when it does the welcome screen doesn't shows anything like no biometric or password-input option,  in fact sometimes i can only see the cursor that i can move around and If i keep it that way and let it run for like 5-10mins everything comes back to normal , sometimes the biometric doesn't in that case i use 4 digit passcode to pass through the welcome screen.
