Pavilion Laptop 14-bf1xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, the first time i sent my laptop to service was 2019, it was to fix the webcam as it didn't function since the day I bought it. After that service, I noticed my bezel on the left side keeps coming out. When i tried to send it to service in June 2020, they say they couldn't find the problem? When they did, they used double sided tape to fix it, if tape works, why should i send to a service centre? Then it took around 3 weeks for it to be completed and i finally got back my laptop. Guess what, they used glue to tape it, now my bezel looks swollen on the left side, while on the right side, it starts to come out. Then i notice, my prt sc key is harder to press now and that side of keyboard is swollen, i do not have any of these problems before i sent it to service. Is it because I'm too fussy or is just that they can't get their job done completely? I feel like the more i send to the service centre, my laptop is in a worse shape. I'm really disappointed on how HP deals with their customers. It feels like if i ignore my webcam, all of these won't happen
