Looking for Video Editor that is compatible in HP Notebook windows 10, 64-bit operating system 4GM RAM, Core i3

Sorry, but HP does not maintain lists of applications compatible with specific laptop models.

 

Two video editors you can consider are:

1)  Movavi video editor -- requires 2GB of RAM

2) AVS Video editor  -- requires 4GB of RAM

 

Obviously, the more the RAM, the better the performance, especially if you are converting media from one video format to another.
