Product: Notebook 11 ee g2

so my laptop is broken, and i still have the warranty, But when i called them, they told me to contact them through internet... So i listed my problems, gave them my laptops serial number... But then they asked the CSO number..? i tried to google it, but they said it could be seen by downloading some program on my laptop... but how am i supposed to do that if my laptop is broken?:D Please Help

Hi,

 

            CSO Number is Customer Service Order Number and this will be provided if the unit is picked up for service or any part is getting shipped to you from HP. If you dont have one, then you can inform them that your are calling or contacting for the first time. They would help you out.
