Even I want to know about the product code? What this referes to?

 

and also I believe Partner Name* is referred to place we purchased from. In my case it is amazon.in. Please confirm.

Partner name is Seller and site name you bough the product from. I mentioned Rocky Marketing(Amazon.in)

 

Product part code is product number mentioned on the laptop box barcode sticker.

I bought a HP laptop notebook series HP 15 AY0008TX on 5th October & tried to register for Diwali offer BT registration failed telling the serial no of d product I entered has already been registered how is it possible when I have d original invoice with me and I never registered it before..
