Product: HP Notebook 15-dy1086nr

What time does bios start if time is lost from the CMOS? My laptop started BIOS time at 1/1/2019. Is that the default? I heard if you lose the CMOS battery and time it will pause the boot for user input of time. I never got that message.

You can allow the clock on your machine to use Internet time. Please use the following Guide
