Whenever I go to delete items or files, the message comes up as "do you want to permanently delete this", so the items and files are not going into the Recycle Bin.  I have gone into Properties in the Recycle Bin and deselected "Don't Move Files to the Recycle Bin" and applied it, but it's still permanently deleting and not putting deleted items into the Recycle Bin.  If I need to adjust the Custome Size, I am not sure what number should be there.  I'd like to fix this setting, as it's reassuring to know that any deleted items go into the Recycle Bin first and then I have a chance to review them before I pernanently delete them.  I'd appreciate any assistance someone can offer to help me put this setting back into effect.
