.my hardrive crashed and I didn't backup anything. Where can I get a copy of what I need to install back onto my hardrive?

Hi:

 

The only way you can get everything that originally came with your notebook back on the new hard drive, would be to order recovery media from HP at the link below.

 

Order software and driver media HP Notebook - 15-f387wm (Touch) (ENERGY STAR) | HP® Customer Support

 

Otherwise, you can make a plain W10 installer by using the Media creation tool at the link below and install W10 for free.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

The only downside to this is you would have to live with whatever software is available for your notebook at the link below, but it should save you $50 - $60 bucks.
