Where can i download HP TOOLS for my HP Pavilion dv6 ?

I want to reinstall windows. Windows 7 64-bit, i7 Processor 1.6-2.8 GHz, 6GB RAM, 640GB 7200RPM HDD, ATI Radeon 1GB Video. And i need HP Tools for my Notebook HP Pavilion dv6 ... 6000 i think it is 🙂

Download and run the installer on the link below.

HP UEFI.

During the installtion you will see a choice of where to install this - choose the Hard Drive (recommended) option.

Hi ysd,

The following assumes you have not created any custom partitions.

Install the HP System Diagnostics UEFI on the link below - when asked for the install location, choose the Hard Drive and this will create the HP_TOOLS partition if it doesn't already exist.
