need to find where the specs are for my original build of my hp envy laptp. Items such as how much RAM, HDD size, speed etc. 

 

Need help soonest.

Hi,

You did not provide the complete model number of your PC. There are many series of Envy 15t

Model number

The models starting with t are CTO models which are customer configurable, so it might be difficult to see exactly what configuration it came with as there can be many.

You could try inserting the serial number of the notebook in partsurfer and it should give you a list of the Parts the notebook came with (such as RAM, HDD ...)

Below is the info for the HP Envy laptop that i special ordered. I saw 2 sticks of Kingston DDR3 8 GB RAM listed when i pushed  F2 upon start up. so that is what i ordered 16 GB RAM.

 

So a memory stick went bad and was given back my Laptop with 12 GB RAM and was told that is what was in there when they got it. Trying to find where thay are wrong and owe me my RAM.
