Which HP DMI tool to use.

HP Pavilion 360 - 13-a200nt (ENERGY STAR)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a "product information not valid error" and I am not sure which HP DMI tool to use to fix it. I have used several HP DMI tools  but I got "Does not support this platform" error.

So please tell me which HP DMI tool should I use for  HP Pavilion 360 - 13-a200nt (ENERGY STAR)?

Thanks in advance.

Looks like this requires assistance from our support team. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the further course of action.

Refer to the document HP PCs - Product Information Not Valid Error Displays before the Computer Starts

Hope this helps!
