Hi @Jebinjose,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP laptop is showing a drivers page upon turning it on, it could indicate that the system is either booting into a recovery mode or experiencing issues with its boot process, such as missing or corrupt drivers. Here are a few steps you can take to resolve this.

Restart Your Laptop:

  • Sometimes a simple restart can fix the issue. Press and hold the power button to turn off the laptop, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.

Boot into Safe Mode:

  • Try booting your laptop into Safe Mode to see if it can bypass the issue.
  • To do this, restart your laptop and press F8 (or Shift + F8 on some systems) repeatedly as it boots up.
  • Once in Safe Mode, check the Device Manager for any driver issues (look for yellow exclamation marks).

Run Automatic Repair:

  • If you have a Windows installation USB, you can boot from it and select "Repair your computer" to access advanced troubleshooting options.
  • From there, select "Startup Repair" to automatically fix any issues that might be preventing your laptop from booting correctly.

Check for Recent Driver Updates or Changes:

  • If you've recently updated drivers, they might be causing the issue. You can try rolling back to a previous version.
  • In Device Manager, right-click on the problematic driver, select "Properties," then "Driver," and choose "Roll Back Driver."

System Restore:

  • If the problem started recently, you might be able to use System Restore to revert your laptop to a point before the issue began.
  • Go to "Control Panel" > "Recovery" > "Open System Restore," and follow the prompts.

Reinstall Windows:

  • If all else fails, you may need to reinstall Windows. Ensure you back up any important data before proceeding with this step.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
