I received an invalid serial number error message when I attempted to get support for my laptop. I visually observed the serial number and used the "Command Prompt," option to verify the correct s/n is on the pc. I reentered the number and received the same error message. Also, I attempted to purchase a Care Pack extended warranty, but was told by an HP Support agent that my current warranty is valid until 2022. On the My Dashboard page is shows my warranty as expired.
