Hi!

Why not updating the audio driver it is 2016 last version Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver.

I downloaded in website realtek and not opening DTS Audio Control.Why?

Is your audio defective and needing new drivers?

 

Which one have you tried from the Realtek site?

 

The HP driver may be customised to suit the Laptop.

This is driver has installed http://www.realtek.com/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=24&PFid=24&Level=4&Conn=3&DownType...   64bits Vista, Windows7, Windows8, Windows8.1, Windows10 Driver only (Executable file)

And not opening the DTS Audio Control app why?And why not updating the driver for this notebook last driver is 2016 and is have 2018 and new windows 10 version 1803.
