Product: hp notebook 4UJSHJR
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP NOTEBOOK Product id 00326-0000-00000-AA390

It had originally windows 7 but the windows 10 was installed. I had microsoft 365 shared from my sister installed but once ms word or excel or outlook loads it kicks me out. Is this HP Laptop not compatible with  windows 10 and therefor microsoft 365?

It is a product from Microsoft. Please ask them. You may have to pay Microsoft before you can continue to use the product.
