Product: HP 14-cf2000 Laptop PC (552L9AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop WiFi and bluethooth drivers disappeared.  Already tried downloading de drivers from HP web page.  Also tried copy the drivers from a same computer that do have the drivers and paste them in.  Try the device manager, command prompt, BIOS and factory reset so i already tried all the basic suggested steps and nothing.  When i copied them and paste the it show like they install but they don't appeared anywhere. I'm really stressing out!!

Do you know what is its wifi adapter ? Please try
