I am dual booting ubuntu 18.04 with window 10. Everytime I try to do it ubuntu has it airplane mode on. It doesn't turn off even from hardware switch F12 button. It also says wifi adapter not found. In windows every thing is working fine. ALso the light turns red/orange when in ubuntu and white in windows. Please some one help me I am fed up of this .Tried everything but it don't seem to fix the issue. Please it is my request help me!!!! Please

Sorry, but what you're running into is typical of the driver issues attempting to use laptops that come preinstalled with Windows, instead with Linux distros. I ran into this all the time when I dual-booted my laptop, to the degree that I removed Ubuntu because I had to remember to ENABLE WiFi in Windows before switching; otherwise, it would be disabled in Linux.
There really isn't anything you can do, because if the Linux distro did not install a working WiFi button driver, like with my laptop, you are simply out of luck.
