Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi HP, i was wondering will i need a bitlocker recovery key after i will switch from a microsoft account to a local account? Please respond because you guys usally respond to me, but now you guys don't.

I don't necessarily want to switch to a local account, but it would be easier for me if i switched to a local account.
