I tried to install window 10, after installation I disconnected the USB before restarting, window failed to Runch. I repeated the procedure but installation option( custom installation or updates) didn't display and now the screen is plain displaying northing.

Don't know if you've done reinstalls of Windows before, but during the process, there are times when the screen is black -- this happens between the five stages of the reinstallation. These usually last only a few second, and then the rotating dots appear on the screen with the percentage progress counter reappearing as well.
You are not telling us WHY you are reinstalling Windows, but if there is ANY problem with the drive, the reinstall will fail or hang -- showing the symptoms you are describing.
If your PC is new enough to support UEFI, you can use these steps to test the hard drive: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00439024
If not, to check the drive you have to follow these steps:
1) Press Esc key repeatedly, several times a second, while rebooting the laptop. Do NOT hold the key down, just press it over and over.
2) Eventually, you will see an HP Startup Menu
3) Press the Function key for testing the hard drive (usually F2) and let it run.
