Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a refurbished HP Spectre x360 15-df0xxx and I am unable to register it or find the correct drivers. When I try to locate the drivers on the HP site it states there are two devices associated with my Serial number. I then type in the Product ID on the bottom of the unit and it state it does not exist. I am able to peel off the "refurbished" sticker and see the original Product ID but it does not help me find the correct drivers. Any help would be welcome. I have spent 3 days on this downgrade from 11 to 10.

I was able to find that site on my own. The unit is a referb and has a sticker covering the original model, product, serial, etc. I pulled it off to get the original  product and it navigated me to that site. But only the BIOS worked. All other drivers I try to install state they are not compatible with my version of Windows. I am running Windows 10 Home Ver 21H2 Build 19044.1889.

Error: Warning. This driver is not supported on this OS version (10.0.19044).

 

Please help.
