Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15-ch0xx, can't update windows 10 & MS says may need to upgrade system bios.  If so how and where do I do this

HPSA should help you yo upgrade to the latest BIOS. Anyway, please download from the following link and install to your computer.

 

    https://support.hp.com/au-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-spectre-15-ch000-x360-convertible-pc/16779588

 

Note: Carefully watch the process and don't try to interrupt the process. It is a good practice: connect machine to main when upgrading BIOS.
