How do I install Thunderbolt 4 support? I updated all of the drivers from the Software and Drivers support page, but did not find anything Thunderbolt related. The product is not working with a Thunderbolt docking station.

@JacobB2, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Could you please confirm whether your unit has a Thunderbolt port or a USB port on the right side? If it has a Thunderbolt port, you should be able to use the docking station as well.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
Take care and have a good day.

Thanks for your response. My computer has the two Thunderbolt icon ports on the right side (the drawing on the left). But, if I go into the Windows device manager, I do not see any Thunderbolt drivers even though I updated all the drivers from the HP support website.
