I bought a Zbook Fury 17G7. Since updating to Windows 11, I've been unable to get the Windows Hello facial recognition won't work. I've tried the solutions online but none seem to work. If I go to the camera app in Win 11 I can get the camera working okay. However, when the laptop starts up, it says there is a problem with using facial recognition. If I try and click the option in Windows Hello facial recognition offering to improve facial recognition it tells me it can't turn on the camera. I'm out of ideas on what needs doing??

Kindly review the instructions as below :

-were there any hardware or software changes recently 

- share more details of the product like serial product numbers or complete model name

- We at HP do not encourage using 3rd party accessories or devices , hardware upgrades unless advised in any form of hp documentation

- Find all relevant guides and drivers from the support page here on best effort basis with the limited details that we have about the device  -
