Adobe Photoshop is owned and provided by Adobe --

Were it mine to do, I'd check my system hardware compared to the system requirements for using Photoshop.

What?  It might simply be a matter of not enough resources or possibly settings.

If the Photoshop software is having trouble, best ask Adobe / Photoshop for help.

What else?

Naught to do with Photoshop, if you wish to do so,

Run the hardware tests on your system.

Advanced computer lock up or freeze troubleshooting
