Product: HP 15-r030wm Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

My laptop said I needed to contact hp to get windows 11 because the system currently isn’t compatible. Hp will only help me if I pay them a tech fee..how do I do it myself?
