Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I recently selected the feature of, if I have multiple windows open and in the same desktop if I click on a window, it will darken the other one in like a "focus" mode sort of thing. So if I want to see both windows at the same time in like a split screen type of way I cant see either one clearly since the other one will be darkened. I don't like this feature and want to change it back, but I don't know how to.
