Hello @Usman0786
Try a couple of the easy fixes first.
Go to Search bar (Cortana) and type Device Manager, then hit the Enter key.
In the list, look for Cameras and expand the arrow. Right click on the webcam and uninstall it.
If its not there, look for Imaging Devices and do the same thing there.
The go to the Action tab above and click on Scan for hardware changes.
Test the camera. IF it still does not work...
In the Search bar, type Control Panel and hit the Enter key.
Go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Troubleshooting\All Categories.
Click on Windows Store Apps.
In the new window, click on Advanced and put a check mark in Apply repairs automatically.
Test the camera.
Let me know how it goes.

Part 1
It says to find the camera. it will either be under Camera or under Imaging Devices.
Im my picture, it shows its under camera.
Put the cursor on the camera (mine is HP WIde Vision HD) and right click on it.
In the list that opens, click on Uninstall device.
IF its not under Camera or under Imaging devices, see of there is a device called Other Devices somewhere in that whole list. IF so, expand it and uninstall anything listed in it.
Test the camera. IF it still does not work...
PART 2
