I have just recently got the new laptop (HP envy 360) and have an issue already. My computer is running windows 11.
I am not able to setup the fingerprint, facial recognition not even change the pin in the sign in options. It is throwing an error saying 'This option is currently unavailable.'
I have updated all the drivers and softwares.
I tried a few options which was mentioned in online forums, but could not resolve it.

What actually is your machine ? 15-es1000 RCTO Base Model does not say its real specs.
- For Hello Facial recognition, you need a right webcam (3D or IR) to support it
- For Finger print: does your machine have finger print reader ? You can set it up outside Hello
- For PIN you can set it up out side Hello

Hi Banhien,
I do have a fingerprint scanner while initially setting up the laptop I was able to add one finger. But now I am not able to add other fingerprints.
Link for the product I bought: hp.com/us-en/shop/pdp/hp-envy-x360-15-convertible-pc-464z2av-1
How to check if my webcam supports 3D or IR ? it is a HP Wide Vision webcam.
Also when I meant it's throwing an error the option to setup is completely deactivated(greyed out) even for changing the pin.
PFB what I can see currently.
