That was what I had actually done.
Found all needed Drivers for it, just kind of missing a Chipset Driver. Never had a Computer since WinXP (that I remember of) that didn't offered a Chipset Driver.
So I went
Audio
Graphics Card
Synaptic
Wifi
Cardreader
while a Drive Protection driver or something close to it was installed via Internet, as I didn't doanloaded it and was unable to find the proper download site again for some reason.
Device List is completely installed as it seems.
Tried at first good old VirtualBox, but the result was really REALLY bad. Extremely laggy, even after I gave it more Recources. So I had searched for the XP Mode already.
I had found a Guide for Win XP Mode and so I followed it with a Prepatch or something for XP Mode before I installed the actual XP Mode. Fired it up and looks pretty fine.
After that I realized that I forgot the Virusscan and well, I think now everything is done that could be done.
Before I had started my WinXP journey, the Laptop was in Win7 and made a hell of a noise while booting. I had thought a dirty Keyboard, Laptop was long time not used. Then it dies on me several times at WinXP install and I found that a heating Issue was quite common for that Problem. It only stopped after I removed the Battery, opened it to check the Keyboard + Fans and placed it on Books for better Aircirculation. No more noise for the whole time after that, until Win7 came now back on it. After the Drive Protection Driver (mhm... strange I'd even say .... is there a connection??) it started again.
All the Laptop needs now is a HP or other Servicecenter to remove propably some dry thermal grease and reapply some fresh one.
I hope it really is only the thermal grease and nothing else.
Thanks for all your help. Sadly Win XP and the dv6-3024ax don't wanna play together, but thats fine now.
Kind Regards

You're very welcome.
Glad you got most things to work.
I had given you the chipset driver yesterday...this one...For some crazy reason, HP does not include the chipset drivers on any support page for any AMD notebook PC they have.
If you are referring to the HP Protectsmart (3D driveguard) driver, you need this one for XP.
That will install an unknown device with a hardware ID of ACPI\HPQ0004.
This package contains AMD Driver Support for HP 3D DriveGuard. HP 3D DriveGuard provides protection for your computer's internal disk drive if the computer is accidentally dropped or abruptly hits another object. This package is available on supported notebooks that are running a supported operating system.

3d Driveguard, yeah that could have been it indeed. I had it installed using the online update function for Drivers. Win7 does this quite nicely and as I said, it is all working fine now.
As I am no longer searching WinXP drivers I had not really checked the old Links.

Crazy is indeed the right description as it makes completely no sense at all.
