Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Can i upgrade from windows 7 to windows 10 in my notebook? I need to update bios . suggest how can i upgrade it?

I don't understand why you're pressing to do a BIOS update.

 

The HP BIOS updates are OS-version specific and HP has no updates for Windows 10.  So, if you do that OS update, you will then NOT be able to do any BIOS updates.

 

Here is the link to the HP software page for your PC:  https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-450-notebook-pc/5224999

 

You will see that there is no software for Windows 10.
