Product: HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D120AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hi Dear support,
I have installed Microsoft Windows 11 Pro on my machine HP 15s-fqxxx and want to attach two more screens using by Dock station. The problem is, I am facing an error of
"
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
A USB port reset request failed.
"
Location: Port_#0015.Hub_#0001
When I attached the same Dock with another windows 11 pro laptop it's working fine.
Is anything wrong with my HP machine or something else that I need to fix?
