Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I did a full reset on my laptop. The first time I did it, the reset got interrupted. The second time I did it, the reset was successful. The only problem I am having is that the windows store is not available on my laptop. Whenever I click on something that would require windows store, the error code tells me to find another program to open. Please help!

Welcome to the HP Community.

You'll need to resolve this in Windows.

Microsoft Store is purely a Windows application and resource.

If you have not done so,

Make sure you have run Windows Updates to catch any left-over or pending updates.
