I've seen, that there is a new version of above software, 26.02.0.
Is there a changelog to see, what's new compared to version 22?

In 2024 I did an update of my workstation and reciever to version 22 and had to enter a new license code. Will this be the same when updating from version 22 to 26?

Thank you for your feedback and best regards,
Hans-Peter

Thank you for this information, I did not realize that PC Anywhere was discontinued.

I use for private remote connections an HP ZCentral Remote Boost Sender - Version: 22.1.2.9453 (89c8c76f9) - with a perpetual license. It looks like there are no such licenses anymore, only time limited ones.

As I use it only when I'm abroad for holidays in my campervan, a time limited license is not what I'm looking for. I decided for the Z Central Remote Boost solution, because it was far superior than Microsofts RDP software.

Does this mean, that I cannot update my version to the new 26.02 version using my existing license?

I don't know the terms of your license, but generally the license is valid for one year and can be renewed for up to three years at a special price.

Personally, I've always used Microsoft's RDP software; it's more basic, but once you get the hang of it, it's very effective. The advantage is that Windows Server access manages RDP licensing more effectively. Remember, Microsoft only provides one free connection; you have to pay for any additional connections.
