HP Recommended

Hi I don"t underastand this kind of mistake that keeps showing up, when i try to save a written document for instance, it's written that it can"t be saved because it's open. i can"t change anything related to this file/film when it's open.

For instance, If i want to change a name of a file (a film, for instance) while it's open i can"t change the name of the file, why is that and can it be fixed? , In the past in another computer like Toshiba, I could change the name of the file while it was open.
