always Printing landscape

Hi,  My laptop will not print correctly.  Even when portrait mode is selected it will only print in landscape.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times but it will not resolves

This is not a printer issue as it prints fine from other sources

The laptop does not do the printing; instead, the app you are using to view whatever you print does the printing -- and it appears that landscape mode is set by default in that app.

Whenever I print anything, a print dialogue box opens with various settings -- including the pages to be printed and the mode (landscape or portrait).  You need to check the print settings in the app(s) that you are using.

Even with all settings in the main settings and the printer pop up saying portrait, and it showing as portrait in the preview, it still prints in lanscape
