some days before i downlooaded a fie which was containing virus the windows defender removed that fie and gave me a message that there is a infected file found and at that time the antimalware service execuitable started running and it is using whole of the cpu

It might help if you could get rid of the malware with some other program.
Try e.g. AdwCleaner or Malwarebytes both can be downloaded from here. I would try the AdwCleaner first.
If the computer is unresponsive, you should stop the antimalware service temporarily using Task Manager. Just right click on the process and select end task.
If the above programs are able to eradicate the pests, reboot and see if the antimalware service starts behaving any better.
If they don't find anything or are unable to fix, I would try a respected antivirus next, e.g. Bitdefender is pretty good at finding and fixing.

Hmmm..maybe the pest is still lurking somewhere or has left some damage behind.
You could still try what Bitdefender is able to do or suggest.
