i recently purchased hp victus it been one month after use now my laptop has started working slow like i cant open many applications properly , WhasApp lags a lot and now a days i can't even open the whatsapp it show whatsapp is not responding..

Try optimising your windows. It can happens due to newer buggy update. 

Many good windows optimization guide available on internet you can follow any. I suggest you to use chris titus utility tool to optimize it.  You can watch this video, follow it and optimize your laptop. Go safe.
