I have recently done a clean windows 10 installation the installed windows version is 20H2, when i try to install the driver from the hp website it gives a warning which says "The driver is not supported on this OS version (10.0.19042)" the audio is working but the bang & olufsen app is missing and the quality is so mediocre and it was better before i did the clean windows 10 installation and when i had the bang & olufsen app

Hi@Anas_Ayed, Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
Let's try Audio driver rollback.
- Open Device Manager.
- In Device Manager, locate Audio input and Outputs.
- Right-click on the Audio device and choose Properties.
- Select the Driver tab.
- Select the Roll Back Driver button.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution
