bang & olufsen app missing

I have recently done a clean windows 10 installation the installed windows version is 20H2, when i try to install the driver from the hp website it gives a warning which says "The driver is not supported on this OS version (10.0.19042)" the audio is working but the bang & olufsen app is missing and the quality is so mediocre and it was better before i did the clean windows 10 installation and when i had the bang & olufsen app

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,  I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  
Let's try Audio driver rollback.

  1. Open Device Manager. 
  2. In Device Manager, locate Audio input and Outputs.
  3. Right-click on the Audio device and choose Properties. 
  4. Select the Driver tab.
  5. Select the Roll Back Driver button.
