bios update for HP ENVY laptop 15t-j000

Trying to update my bios for my laptop HP ENVY 15t-j000 quad edition CTO.

I am running windows 10 pro 

bios date is 5-27-2013

Revision F.00

product C8P47AV

I  am having trouble finding an updated version of bios from HP support.Was wondering  can direct me or provide a link to get the updated bios.

Hi:

Are you sure that is the correct version of the BIOS you have installed?

On your notebook's support page under the W8.1 driver section, see my screenshot below for the list of available BIOS updates, and they are way beyond vF.00.

Since the BIOS update files were written to be run in W8.1, I have no idea what will happen if you try to update the BIOS when running an unsupported operating system.

Hi 

That's what I got .I probably screwed up big time when I tried to update to windows 11.I messed  with the bios and then I got  the message saying Recovery failed with the error code 0000225.

No matter what I did I,I could not get beyond that error message .I think if I could download (with another PC)a more recent version of  bios maybe I can get back in. My bios is corrupt.

I would appreciate  someone could provide me with a link to a newer version of the bios.
