I have upgrade from bios f.42 to bios f.47, am I going to encounter any problems.

@rhayes_03 -- the most-severe problem that you might have is if the BIOS Update "fails". It might turn your computer into a "brick".

 

May I ask why you are going to update the BIOS? Do you have a problem that you are sure that a BIOS update will fix?

I didn’t really know about the the bios.

I just went to the windows update just to update the windows. So i just clicked on check for updates. So it finished updating and I had to restart my laptop. I saw a text saying bios updating. I didn’t interrupt the process I just plugged in my Ac adapter and waited for the update to finish.

but everything is running smoothly now

i don’t know if a problem will come later but for now I think it’s okay
