hello community this is my first time here, I have now the laptop stack on black screen with mouse, and any options to fix it fail, It happens after I tried to rollback last windows update yesterday.  the system a part from the black screen look like ok , the pc is in the network, double monitor setting are running ok, and all the system tools to correct ,reinstall, restore,  fail and make no change in my s.o.  I even tried on dos prompt to use command to check and fix  but it doesn't change the matter .   After a night of internet and different try I think my only option is to star installation from usb key but on my pc i haven't windows serial label. Does anyone any suggestions?
