HP stream 14

When I turn on my laptop it is a blank screen. It stays on, the power light stays on, about 10 seconds the screen will flash and it cuts off. Help! I do online classes and can't afford a new one

@Cgant,

Did you try running the system test suggested in the article?

I recommend you connect the computer to an external monitor or a TV and check whether you are getting display on the external screen.

It came on. Then nothing worked. Cursor wouldn't move. So I tried a hard reboot and it went back to what it was doing to begin with. I have no way to hook up to external monitor or TV. Yes, tried what was in articles.
